Each seller on our platform is assessed by our services to ensure that he meets the high-quality standards regarding its supply processes. This guarantees that all available components on the platform are authentic. Because we want to create a community of OEMs and EMS, trust is our first focus.
How does the payment process go?
AIRENC validates orders only after the buyer's payment has been processed. The seller, on the other hand, will receive the amount of the order only after uploading proof of delivery of the components to our platform. This two-step process ensures that both parties can rely on the system to confirm that the transaction has been completed successfully.
How are my components delivered?
The incoterm is by default Free Carrier (FCA) Seller's facility. The seller delivers the goods to a carrier or another person nominated by the buyer, at the seller's premises.
What happens if anything goes wrong?
You have 21 days from the moment you get the components to make a claim. Once your request is approved, AIRENC will proceed to refund the amount under the payment method used by the client. Components then have to be sent back to the seller at your charge.
